Job summary

Performance Foodservice in the United States is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula to support its distribution process. The role involves moving freight, stocking shelves, and maintaining safe, compliant operations in multi-temperature environments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months warehouse experience, are able to work required hours and overtime, and can lift up to 90 pounds as needed. Willingness to pass drug and background checks is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds, depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Transports incoming freight to inventory and replenishes pick slots.
• Ensures safety and GMP standards while maintaining workflow.
• Performs housekeeping and completes necessary paperwork at shift end.
