Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move and stage products in a multi-temperature distribution facility. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to keep inventory flowing safely and efficiently.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 90 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. A High School Diploma or GED is required, plus the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repetitively.
• Reliable to work overtime as scheduled.
• Able to operate in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper storage slots and position pallets with forklift or hand-stacking.
• Transport incoming freight from staging to inventory using forklift and pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate dated items as needed.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete required paperwork and inspections at end of shift.
