Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support fast-paced distribution. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck and ensure accuracy in receiving, storage, and replenishment.

You must have a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and be able to work overtime in multi-temperature environments. Physical lifting up to 90 lbs and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–90 lbs).
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and places pallets using forklift or hand stack.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock per work orders.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots.
• Removes empty pallets and packaging to proper areas.
• Inspects pallets, moves with pallet jack or forklift, and secures area.
• Follows safety policies and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Performs routine safety checks and completes required paperwork.
• Performs other duties to support operations.
