Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula to oversee efficient product movement in a multi-temperature warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include locating slots, counting inbound freight, replenishing stock, rotating inventory, and handling end-of-shift paperwork. Must pass drug and background checks; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.
• Locate slots on storage racks and move pallets into place.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Maintain safe work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform equipment safety checks and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
