Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move freight, stock inventory, and support efficient distribution operations. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires a HS diploma, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to work a Sunday-Thursday night shift with overtime as needed. Training and safety gear provided; a drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and places pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day's work orders.
• Rotates stock and removes outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots.
