Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to stock, display and rotate products across grocery stores and beverage outlets in the Hilo area. You will use pallet jacks, hand trucks and company systems to manage routes, documentation and inventory while driving your own vehicle.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with overtime potential, plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements. Requires reliable transportation, a valid license and a willingness to work five days per week,

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Maintain driving record and valid driver's license.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment like pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring; complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos.
• Maintain backstock areas and organize inventory to support product freshness.

• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
