Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based delivery associate in Hilo who will use a personal vehicle to stock products at grocery stores and retail beverage outlets along assigned routes. Expect early start times (6am–7am) with 8–10 hour days, five days per week including weekends, and travel throughout the Hilo area.

You will start at $23.00 per hour with overtime potential, plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek

• Shift: Start times as early as 6am - 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
