Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a dedicated field-based merchandiser on the island of Kauai. This role involves driving your own vehicle to support grocery stores and retail beverage outlets, stocking and rotating products, and documenting execution through photos and systems.

The position includes mileage and monthly car reimbursements, with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour and overtime potential. The schedule spans 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with two days off midweek.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift:Start times as early as 6am - 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Kauai

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
