Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a field-based Merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Orange County. Travel is performed in your own vehicle, with steady routes and daily lifting of products.

You will use company systems to record merchandising activity, manage backstock, and ensure displays meet planogram standards. This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable personal automobile transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Utilize company systems for routing, account monitoring, and merchandising checkouts.
• Document execution with photos and backstock updates to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain organized backstock areas and support inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout Orange County

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
