Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser on Maui to stock, rotate, and display products across grocery stores and beverage outlets. You will travel using your own vehicle along assigned routes, with mileage and monthly car reimbursements, and you must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays with midweek days off.

The role includes start times between 6am and 7am, 8–10 hour days, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (state requirements apply).
• Requires reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Record displays, backstock photos, and complete merchandising checkouts in the systems.
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory accuracy.

• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid per company policy)
• Pay:$24.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift:Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
