Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a field-based merchandiser in California. You will visit grocery stores and retail beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.

Expect early start times and long days, traveling with your own vehicle and handling product movement with pallet jacks or hand trucks. The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months+ general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support proper inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
