Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets across the island of Oahu. You will drive your own vehicle, stock, rotate, and display products, and ensure shelves meet planograms.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with overtime potential and mileage reimbursements. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid license, and reliable transportation, with 5 days per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Auto insurance meeting company/state requirements is required.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 18+ years old and pass state requirements for age.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products at grocery stores and beverage outlets on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems and technology for routing and account monitoring.
• Complete checks, upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock to ensure inventory levels and freshness.

• Pay: $23.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift:Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Oahu

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
