Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group, Joliet, IL, seeks a merchandising associate to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes, ensuring proper shelf levels and brand standards.

You will move products using pallet jacks or hand trucks, document execution with photos, and maintain backstock areas for inventory freshness. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must have acceptable driving record and valid driver's license; auto insurance coverage per company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring, and merchandising checkouts.
• Upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products for inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
