Job summary

A valid driver's license is required at entry, and a Class A CDL must be attained within six months

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as a standard dump truck to haul asphalt, limestone, soil, cement, pipe, construction materials and debris.
• Assist with placement of traffic control devices and serve as a flagger to direct traffic in maintenance work zones.
• Operate forklift and concrete mixer, powered tools, and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
• Assist in on-call repairs and inclement weather operations, with potential for extended hours or 12-hour shifts.
