Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant HR experience OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Responds to routine employee requests for information on HR procedures; researches and provides recommendations.
• Assists HR Talent Acquisition Partners with special projects and others within HR and outside.
• Assists HR Talent Acquisition Partners with Job Fairs and resume routing.
• Coordinate employee onboarding according to requirements set by HR units.
• Ensure all employment hire documentation and prerequisites are met.
• Collaborate with screening candidates and assist with salary review and guidance to candidates.
