You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.
