Qualifications

• Master’s degree and five years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related work experience.
• Experience serving in senior HR leadership roles in education is preferred.
• Knowledge of postsecondary vocational/technical education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the college mission and goals.
• Advise the executive team on all human capital matters and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and DEI initiatives.
• Manage HR analytics, risks, and reporting to inform decisions.
• Ensure workplace culture, employee relations, and training programs meet standards.
