Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in higher education enrollment.
• Experience leading a team of Enrollment Coaches or similar roles.
• Strong written and spoken communication with confidential information handling.
• Ability to analyze enrollment data and report to leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting productivity and quality goals.
• Experience partnering with academic and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enrollment Coaches to achieve enrollment targets.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, interview, and train new staff.
• Manage team schedules and PTO coverage.
• Communicate with internal/external partners and leadership.
• Monitor enrollment data, lead sources, and trends; report insights.
• Maintain departmental operating processes and goals alignment.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct in all activities.
