Insight Global in Tempe, AZ seeks a highly organized onboarding coordinator to manage a high volume of temporary hires weekly, overseeing the candidate journey from placement confirmation through first day. You will ensure timely enrollment in NEO and completion of background checks, while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in high-volume onboarding, staffing or HR operations.
• Experience processing large numbers of candidates or employees weekly/biweekly.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite required.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS; LMS/NEO is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of a high volume of temporary employees weekly.
• Own the candidate journey from placement to first day and ensure enrollment in NEO.
• Track background checks, drug screens and pre-employment requirements at scale.
• Enroll every temp hire into NEO and escalate incomplete enrollments.
• Coordinate I-9s and onboarding docs for weekly cohorts; batch when possible.
• Track weekly throughput metrics and report cohort size and start times.
• Identify bottlenecks and push for process improvements over time.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Ops to standardize the onboarding SOP.
• Ensure smooth handoff with staffing/hiring teams at start date.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and manage multiple cohorts with deadlines.
