Job summary

IES Communications in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own the Americas Workforce Academy and the temp-to-perm programs end-to-end, from day one candidate in to fully trained and thriving.

You will lead a team of Temp and Temp-to-Perm Staffing Assistants, manage high-volume hires (50-100 per month), and partner with our Recruiting Operations Manager on projects shaping our talent function— including the Talent Playbook, iCIMS CXM rollout, and our Talent Hub.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or HR operations.
• Experience leading a team, preferred iCIMS or comparable ATS experience.
• Track record of managing high-volume, fast-moving requisitions across multiple stakeholders.
• Sharp organizational instincts and comfort owning a program with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to support program sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Temp and Temp-to-Perm Staffing Assistants - daily direction and workload oversight.
• Drive the temp and temp-to-perm process end-to-end, including eligibility tracking and onboarding gaps.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, compliance, or onboarding gaps as the go-to person.
• Keep workflows aligned with Staffing Assistants in IESOS Programs.
• Own the Americas Workforce Academy from kickoff through onboarding through full training completion for 50-100 hires per month.
• Own the temp-to-perm program and improve optimization.
• Support onboarding of 250+ temp placements and conversions per week.
• Track and report on conversion rates and program metrics.
