Job summary

TTEC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Recruiter on site to meet client hiring goals, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate reference and background checks. You’ll help build a positive candidate experience and support the local community with inclusive recruiting initiatives.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and drive high-volume sourcing while partnering with marketing and client teams. A competitive compensation package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years recruiting experience (B2B or B2C preferred).
• Excellent ability to interview for performance and skill in sales.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet high-volume recruiting goals.
• Applicant tracking and candidate relationship management experience.
• Ability to influence others by example, coaching and mentoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant journey and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Foster an inclusive team and environment through recruitment initiatives.
• Consistently achieve recruiting targets including daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each client.
• Understand key business objectives, timelines, and requirements for each new client.
• Implement high-volume sourcing strategies to attract candidates meeting client specs.
• Improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals.
• Develop a tight schedule for screening, interviewing, and processing a high volume of candidates weekly.
