Job summary

MCI is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced BPO / call center environment. This role focuses on the 180-day recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and open days, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, administratively strong, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance high-volume recruitment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• An entry-level tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience within a BPO or call centre environment is essential.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including trackers and recruitment reports.
• Ability to manage recruitment administration while handling active hiring pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles within BPO/call center environments.
• Coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate open days and recruitment drives to support volume hiring campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment administration, trackers, and records.
• Update candidate records in ATS, including hires/declines/status updates.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening, including background checks.
• Create and manage recruitment trackers and reporting dashboards in Excel.
• Ensure ATS and records remain accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage multiple campaigns and requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable labour legislation and policies.
