Position Overview

MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company offering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across multiple industries. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I role supports full‑cycle recruitment of Spanish‑ and English‑speaking candidates.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Source and engage Spanish‑speaking candidates to support bilingual recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, professional communication.
• Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other talent acquisition events.
• Assist in onboarding processes and new hire documentation.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Candidate Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with ATS systems a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting compensation is based on experience. MCI offers competitive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, retirement savings, disability and life insurance, supplemental insurance, and paid training.

Physical Requirements

Office environment; largely sedentary; may require standing, using computer/telephone, and moving objects up to 40 lbs.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Willing to submit up to a Level II background/security investigation with fingerprint; job offer contingent on results.
• Willing to submit to drug screening (does not apply in Canada).
