Ace Hardware Corporation in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life cycle recruiting for RSC hourly positions including warehouse specialists, drivers, and clerical staff. You will research, screen, conduct intake meetings, and coordinate interviews.

You will administer ATS (Workday/Indeed), post jobs, track candidates, and administer post-offer drug testing and background checks. Strong communication and knowledge of employment law are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume staffing/recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly warehouse specialists, drivers, and clerical staff.
• Strong interviewing skills with varied styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of Employment Law.

Responsabilités

• Full life cycle recruiting for RSC hourly positions (warehouse, drivers, clerical).
• Research, screen, and assist in candidate selection with standardized phone screens.
• Conduct intake meetings when positions open and coordinate interviews.
• Administer ATS and post jobs; ensure proper disposition in Workday and Indeed.
• Maintain recruiting tracker and coordinate post-offer drug testing and background checks.
• Source and coordinate internal and external interviews; maintain candidate data notes.
• Support consistent job postings and social media postings per strategy.
