Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience in industrial gases or a similar industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruiting in industrial/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for non-exempt technician roles nationwide.
• Monitor applicant flow and shortlist applicants that meet minimum qualifications.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Screen applicants for basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress.
