Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Create and manage job requisitions in ATS.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback to guide decisions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Document recruitment activities in ATS platforms and prepare offer letters.
