Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing, testing, and offer drafting, while maintaining compliance with client agreements and employment laws. You will source talent via job boards and internal systems, building a strong candidate pipeline.

• Maintain compliance with client service agreements and legal requirements.
• Sourcing talent from employment boards and industry websites.
• Maintain candidate pipeline using Workday.
• Schedule candidates for onsite assessments and interviews to meet goals.
• Coordinate pre-employment testing as required.
• Conduct initial face-to-face interviews.
• Recommend best-fit candidates for next interview rounds.
• Communicate status to candidates professionally and consistently.
• Perform reference and background checks and manage candidate relations.
• Draft offer letters for candidates.
• Develop new ways to reach candidates and network.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Update daily reports and trackers.
