VXI Global Solutions in United States is seeking a Contact Center Recruiter for a temporary role of at least 6 months. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly call center positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate testing, and guide candidates through onboarding to ensure a positive experience.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of non-Exempt-Talent Recruitment experience required.
• High Volume Recruitment experience required (Contact Center preferred).
• Outstanding attendance and work performance metrics.

Mansioni

• Screen résumés; screen and select viable candidates.
• Schedule candidates for onsite assessments and interviews.
• Conduct initial face-to-face interview at company corporate headquarters.
• Draft offer letters for candidates and maintain candidate pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with client service agreements and employment laws.
• Communicate status to candidates in a professional manner.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
