QVC Group in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance, onsite at our Ontario, California Fulfillment Center.

You’ll build strong partnerships with hiring managers, conduct market-informed searches, and manage high-volume frontline recruiting while maintaining a fair and engaging candidate experience. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and data-driven hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with high-volume frontline and professional recruiting
• Ability to source candidates proactively, including Boolean search and direct outreach

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Lead structured intake conversations using labor-market insights to align requirements and search approach.
• Find and engage candidates through inbound applications, Boolean search, direct outreach, pipelining, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to build structured interview processes and deliver timely candidate communication.
• Use market insights and recruiting data to share updates, support equitable offer development, and maintain ATS records.
