Confidential is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to manage hourly associate recruiting from sourcing through onboarding. You will drive a steady candidate pipeline, hit daily/weekly hiring goals, and leverage dashboards to monitor performance.

The role emphasizes process improvement, bottleneck removal, and using recruiting technology to speed up time-to-fill while ensuring quality candidates are moved through the funnel.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, operations, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Organized, process-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and hands-on, comfortable working in-office full time.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide timely feedback with go/no-go recommendations.
• Coordinate interview logistics using recruiting tech and scheduling tools.
• Manage onboarding for new hires from offer to first weeks, ensuring paperwork and checks are complete.
• Own daily/weekly KPIs across sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans.
