Confidential is seeking a Recruiter to lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, timelines, and success criteria, while sourcing, screening, and advancing a large candidate pool across recurring roles.

You will maintain pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support offers, documentation, and compliance. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on candidate experience and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment.
• Strong communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles with speed, quality, and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm needs, timelines, and criteria.
• Source, engage, screen, and qualify a high volume of candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and ATS.
• Maintain a steady pipeline and address gaps in candidate flow or progress.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Support offer preparation and closure with hiring managers and HR.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout recruitment.
• Monitor metrics like applicant flow, time-to-fill, interview volume, and offers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience.
