Ultipro, a full-cycle recruiter for a dedicated client account, seeks a remote professional to own the entire hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding. You will partner with the client as the primary recruiting contact, delivering high-touch, full-cycle recruitment and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant multifamily experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-cycle environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated, single point of contact recruiter for one key client account, owning full-cycle recruiting for all open roles.
• Consult with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile before sourcing begins.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels including active and passive talent.
• Screen and assess applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview panels.
• Manage onboarding processes and coordinate offers and resumes with the client.
• Prepare reports on recruiting metrics and maintain ATS accuracy.
