Job summary

Southwest Convenience Stores LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations in the Midland area. You will partner with store leaders and corporate teams, manage pipelines, and drive fast, compliant hiring processes for hourly roles.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strategic sourcing, and process improvement while maintaining a positive candidate experience across high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience in hourly, multi-location, retail, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting reporting; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, locations, or business groups from intake through offer and pre-employment handoff.
• Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to clarify needs, timeline, and sourcing approach.
• Provide market feedback, pipeline insights, and practical guidance to help leaders hire on time.
• Review applications, screen candidates, document findings, and recommend qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and a responsive, organized experience.
• Support community-based recruiting partnerships and high-volume hiring initiatives.
