Job summary

OXXO USA (Southwest Convenience Stores, LLC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive structured, urgent, and people-focused hiring. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, develop practical strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and pre-employment handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with hourly, multi-location, retail or high-volume environments is preferred.
• Experience with recruiting reporting and ATS tools is required; ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheet, SharePoint or similar tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, locations, or business groups from intake through offer and pre-employment handoff (screening, interview coordination, selections).
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to clarify needs, timelines, and sourcing approaches.
• Provide market feedback, pipeline insights, and practical guidance to help leaders hire timely and effectively.
• Review applications, screen candidates, document findings, and recommend qualified candidates for next steps.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, events, talent pools, and approved channels.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and a responsive, respectful candidate experience.
• Support community-based partnerships and local talent pipelines through job fairs and partnerships.
