RLINK SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring a Contract Recruiter II to own the full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will drive strategy, lead kickoff and sourcing sessions, and monitor performance metrics to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy and execution.
• Lead kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions and panel preparation.
• Monitor recruiting performance using time in stage, conversion rates and offers.
• Analyze hiring data to generate insights and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities
