Job summary

Employer.com, part of the Recruiter.com family, partners with Salesforce to place contract recruiting talent for their North American Sales and Distribution team. This six-month hybrid contract requires three days on-site weekly at Salesforce hubs in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on Sales and/or Distribution roles.
• Proven source-to-close experience; end-to-end full-cycle ownership is required, not partial-process exposure.
• Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close candidates at senior levels.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Strong client and candidate management skills; able to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at your nearest Salesforce hub.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering results in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Distribution roles, from sourcing to offer stage and onboarding.
• Screen candidates, prep for interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and sourcing partners.
• Build and maintain talent communities using market intelligence and proactive outreach.
• Manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
