Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous Service Advisor experience required.
• Previous Service Lane Management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive staff.
• CRM software experience, CDK preferred.
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
• Implement and follow a strong TOI and CSI follow-up process.
