Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group's Honda of Huntersville is seeking an Experienced Service Lane Manager to lead the high-volume service drive and coach staff for outstanding CSI. This role requires a proven track record in developing teams, delivering goals, and maintaining top customer service standards.

You will collaborate with other departments to build strong teams and ensure smooth service processes. CDK/CRM experience is preferred, with a focus on driving guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of previous Service Advisor experience is required.
• Previous Service Lane Management experience preferred.
• CRM software experience required (CDK experience preferred).

• Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Commission/year

• Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience. (CDK experience preferred)
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
• Implement and follow a strong T.O. and CSI follow up process.
