Greensboro Honda, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Experienced Service Lane Manager to join our award‑winning, high‑volume service team in Greensboro, NC. You will lead a dynamic service drive, coach staff, and drive customer satisfaction on every interaction.

The role offers top compensation (up to $160,000 annually including commission), a state‑of‑the‑art facility, and a comprehensive benefits package. Previous Service Lane Management and CRM/CDK experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service advisor experience.
• Previous service lane management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor staff.
• Proven track record delivering strong customer experience.
• Experience guiding customers throughout the service process.
