Ideal candidates demonstrate a proven track record in structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and maintaining relationships with multiple lenders while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and health insurance.
• Experience presenting aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and manage multiple lending sources.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals to optimize profitability and lender approvals.
• Sell and explain F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit life, health insurance).
• Maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
• Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations and policies.
