Qualifications

• 3-5 years of service advisor experience required.
• Previous service lane management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor service drive staff.
• Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
• CRM software experience; CDK preferred.
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
• Implement and follow a strong TOI and CSI follow up process.
