Job summary

Twin Peaks in Florida is seeking a Manager to direct daily operations and lead a team in delivering best-in-class service and hospitality. You will oversee service standards, sales initiatives, and budgeting, while ensuring policy compliance and training for new staff.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants, strong English communication skills, and are prepared to participate in Twin Peaks training programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurant and/or bar settings.
• Ability to train and coach team members across departments.
• Must participate in Twin Peaks Manager training and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to maintain best-in-class service, hospitality, and food & beverage quality.
• Enforce Steps of Service and motivate staff to deliver PEAKS service.
• Manage costs, scheduling, cash handling, and banking procedures.
• Oversee health, safety, and sanitation compliance and inventory control.
• Coordinate local store marketing and recruiting efforts and drive sales with management team.
