The GM will oversee all restaurant duties, inventory, and staff coaching in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include food safety, reservations coordination, and maintaining logs and policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef.
• Maintain a very clean work environment.
• Coach and support new and existing staff members.
• Oversee reservations and prepare accordingly.
• Maintain temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets.
