Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets critical customer standards.
• Set restaurant goals with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals and providing coaching.
• Assist in hiring, developing, and retaining Department and Shift Managers.
