The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a plan to deliver Great Hospitality, Every Time. The role requires long shifts, weekend work, and a hands-on approach on the dining floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work ten-hour plus shifts, and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to work closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience with POS systems (POSitouch) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Understand flavors, aromas and wine/food pairings to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise and create a calm work environment.
• Foster continuous learning, feedback, and corrective action.
• Work the floor with the team and improve service efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to evaluate prep levels and food quality.
• Run the restaurant as if you were an owner.
