Dairy Queen - BDQ Inc is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Franklin. You will manage quality, service and ambience, while driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining a safe kitchen environment.

You will lead shift teams, train staff on recipes and safety, and work closely with the GM to execute business plans and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires dedication to performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant leadership is required.
• Must be willing to be ServSafe certified.
• Strong organization, coaching, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full store operations during shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere goals.
• Train and develop shift leads and crew on systems, recipes and safety.
• Assist in implementing the restaurant's business plan and controlling costs.
• Ensure fan service standards and handle customer concerns promptly.
• Support GM with scheduling, recruitment, and performance feedback.
