Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Dairy Queen General Manager in Franklin, TN to lead store operations with accountability for growth and profitability. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, and maintain brand standards while driving sales through effective systems and processes.

We value 3+ years in restaurant leadership, P&L oversight, and a commitment of around 50 hours per week. Strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant GM or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license; pass background and MVR checks.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification where required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop and retain staff.
• Maximize sales and profitability through systems and processes.
• Oversee inventory, labor and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Maintain brand standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Commitment to ~50 hours per week with flexibility.
