Hirebridge is seeking a Dairy Queen General Manager in Springfield, TN to lead store operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards and legal compliance.

You will recruit and develop a best-in-class team, manage P&L, inventory and scheduling, and balance customer service with performance metrics; expect a salaried role averaging around 50 hours per week, with flexibility for busy periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or equivalent.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to policies, standards, and laws.
• Drive sales and profitability through established systems and processes.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain a best-in-class team.
• Maintain superior quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage a salaried schedule, with 50 hours per week minimum, adjusting to business needs.
