Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years of recruiting or high-volume staffing experience.
• Ability to own reqs end‑to‑end and move multiple roles quickly.
• Strong communication with candidates at all levels.
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Familiarity with employment law and fair hiring practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for canvassers, in‑home sales reps, and staff.
• Write and post clear job ads; source candidates via boards, social media, referrals, and local networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Assist with onboarding packets and first‑day logistics.
• Maintain pipelines and provide weekly hiring metrics.
• Support basic HR ops, payroll data entry, and new-hire paperwork.
• Assist with workers' comp, EDD, and related forms.
