Job summary

ZipHQ, Inc. in San Francisco is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who owns the interviewer and candidate experience end to end.

This is a career-building seat where you’ll build processes from the ground up and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to shape Zip's hiring. You’ll coordinate a high volume of interviews, partner with recruiters, guide candidates with clear communication, and maintain Ashby.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a recruiting coordinator / recruiting operations role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to build a career in recruiting or HR.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organized, reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented (nothing falls through the cracks).
• Excellent communication across levels and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and keep calendars running.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design a candidate experience.
• Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process with clear communication.
• Maintain and improve internal systems and tools (Ashby).
• Anticipate needs and solve last-minute problems, then implement long-term fixes.
• Contribute to projects spanning candidate sourcing, reporting, and surveys.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
